Shipping policy

Delivery to North Island main centres or approved depots is on average 24 hours from dispatch. South Island deliveries can take up to 5 working days from dispatch. 

Please note that we do not deliver to rural addresses. Orders must be placed using a valid non-rural delivery address, such as a town/city address or a freight depot. 

Delivery timeframes and availability may vary depending on location, order size, and product classification.
