Refund policy

***Please reach out to your local representative to coordinate a return.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be in their original packaging, unopened, with no visible signs of wear or damage, and include all original accessories. Supporting photos must be provided with the return request form.

Expired stock, or short-dated stock supplied in accordance with prior agreement, is not eligible for return.

If AGPRO is required to arrange the return of goods, freight and handling charges will be deducted from any applicable credit or refund.

Additional charges may apply for re-labelling, labour, repackaging, restocking, and quality control, which will be charged to the customer’s account as follows:

• Re-labelling: $5–$10 per label
• Labour: $65 per hour

Goods sold by AGPRO as an agent are not eligible for return.

A restocking fee of 10% of the returned stock value will apply to all approved returns.
